Warrior Charts Week of August 2, 2010 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Good Morning! As the month of July comes to an end we begin to look towards August and beyond.
I`m looking for late August to begin to show a bit more signs of life in terms of volume, but August is still a summer month so don`t get too excited yet! This past week was spent mostly consolidating which was expected with all the green we had the previous week. The Dow Jones was up near the $10,600 resistance level which `did` act as a expected resistance. The pullback happened on average volume which is a good sign, so after the past week I don`t see any red flags from the technical analysis perspective.
Warrior Charts performed very nicely with 3 of the 5 giving us an opportunity at some green. The two losers were just small losses, and with the three that were winners providing BIG percentages, it was overall a great week! The percentages below shows the “profit windows” the picks from last week provided (%`s are based off of an entry on Monday morning at the open).

Our Chart Plays Pattern Plays: these are charts that fall into one of the various technical patterns that represent a bullish psychology in regards to the price action of the stock.
Bottom Bouncer Plays:charts that are either already showing signs of life after having been beaten up, or charts that may be preparing to `wake up`.
Trending Trading Plays: as the saying goes, “the trend is your friend”, and these charts will be in solid bullish uptrends.
Volume Alerts Plays: sometimes the best way to catch a big run before it happens is by monitoring the volume – these plays will focus on charts experiencing sudden bursts of bullish volume.
Breakout Pending Plays: these are charts that are nearing a potential breakout, but are not quite there yet. It is crucial to monitor both the volume and price action in relation to the resistance levels.
