Warrior Charts Week of March 12, 2012 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Good Afternoon, My apologies for not getting any Warrior Charts out last weekend; however, if you got my alert Monday morning and played it, I`m assuming you forgive me I wanted to get at least one chart out to you, and I alerted LIMO as a Pending Breakout Play. Below you can see the chart that I alerted Monday morning before the market open (for those that opened Monday`s email, the chart should look very familiar).

You can see that I marked $.25 as the key breakout level.

Now, let`s take a look at what the chart looked like by the time the Friday closing bell rolled around. See below…

As you can see, after breaking through the $.25 level and holding above the 10-SMA (pink moving average), the chart creeped up all the way to hit $.34. This opened up a potential profit of 36%! That`s assuming of course you played it perfectly; however, even if you just caught half of the move, that`s still an 18% return on your money in ONE WEEK. I`m pretty sure your local bank can`t offer those sort of returns I`m planning on releasing another special alert this upcoming week, so please keep your eyes posted for it. I want to watch the chart a few more days and see what transpires early in the week. But for now, let`s get on to the Warrior Charts for this week! Good Morning Traders, It`s about 6:30 am as I write this, but you know the good ol` saying, “the early bird catches the worm.” So with that being said, I wanted to bring a ticker to everyone`s attention so you can get it up on your radars this morning. Doing some scans yesterday afternoon, I came across a company that is rare in the sense of it actually has three dynamics on the chart all occurring at once which are bullish.

You can find many charts out there in the world of pennies that maybe have one or two of these characteristics, but it is definitly more rare to find one with three.

Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals – HRID Website: www.AzulNow.com Before we get to the chart, let`s go over a few things about the company so we have a solid `overall` view of everything.

HRID as you will see from the chart, became active about three weeks ago after the company announced their new business direction. The company is in the process of changing their business name to reflect the new direction.

This brings up the next question, is there really even a market for this type of product A few quick statistics to consider…

As mentioned in the opening of the email, there are three characteristics in the chart that are hard to come by. So without further wait, let`s dig in…

#1 – The overall context of the chart is BULLISH. This becomes very easy to see when looking at the moving averages. Notice how the 10-SMA (pink), 20-SMA (red), 50-SMA (green) and 200-SMA (black) are all not only increasing, but also have nice “spacing” between them. Bottom line, HRID is in an overall uptrend, and overall uptrends = BULLISH context.

#2 – Past history shows us that HRID has the ability to bounce and make big gains.

Why is this important Think about it. How many penny charts have you seen where the stock makes a great first move, but then on the pullback, falls completely apart. Not this case here. After the first move, it did pullback, but after the pullback was over, the stock raced from $.081 up to $.133 (a bounce of 64.2%!).

#3 – The current pullback has tilted the Risk vs Reward back into our favor. Now, the overall context “is” BULLISH due to the trend; however, when we get pullbacks, it just creates a better opportunity to locate a solid entry.

In regards to Support levels, the two key areas I will be keeping my eye on are at $.077 and the 20-SMA which currently is valued at $.061. Yesterday was day 3 of pullbacks, so it will be very revealing to see how the price reacts around these areas of support today.

The resistances present us with a favorable opportunity. The initial resistance to watch is at $.10, but with a break of that, there is some nice sized “gaps” between resistances. Following $.10, the next resistance is at $.13 (30% `gap`) and then $.14 (40% `gap`). In other words, it could be a relatively quick move back up to retest previous highs.

Analyzing the volume, it has been acting just like we`d want to see it during this pullback. It has been decreasing, and as any technical trader will tell you, this is the exact action you want to see. If the price decides to go sideways or pullback a bit more, the lower the volume the better. With any sort of upwards bounce action, the higher the volume, the more powerful the bounce! Finally, an intriguing aspect within the indicators comes from the Full Stochastic.

Looking above, you can see that the last time this indicator reached the area around 50, it was followed by the bounce in price. Currently, the Full STO has pulled back again, and is essentially in the same area as it was the last time the bounce occurred.

Good Morning Traders, Hope everyone got off to a bullish start to the week. I wish the market would have closed up closer to its high of day, but hey, at least we still had a green day – right I know the opening bell isn`t too far off, so I`ll keep my normal commentary to a minimal and just cut to the chase! Doing my normal scans this morning brought up an interesting chart (and company) that I wanted to send out to you. The chart went on a wild ride yetersday, but as you will see, due to that action, has created an attractive set-up worthy of our attention.

Why bold the “nutritional products” like I did Let`s set the stage first, and then you can determine whether or not you think there is a market for these types of products. Thanks to USA Today, setting the stage is a piece of cake (pun intended) as they just released a big write-up about America and obesity.

If you`re in a rush and can`t read the whole article right now, a few interesting things from it:

* The percentage of obese men increased to 35.5% in 2010, up from 27.5% in 2000.

* About 16.9% of children & adolescents, ages 2 to 19, were obese in 2010, up 13.9% from 2000.

* About 35.8% of women were obese in 2010, not a significant change from 2000.

Some other statistics from the Journal of the American Medical Association:

* About 69% of adults in the USA are either overweight or obese; that`s up from 64.5% in 2000.

* About 42% of women over 60 were obese in 2010 vs. about 32% of women 20 to 39 I don`t know about you, but I found these statistics quite eye-opening! Now keeping all of the above in mind, let`s take a look at a list of some LTSN products.

Let`s move on to the technical chart. For all you bounce players, this should be the favorite part of the email! First off, we are looking at the 30-minute LTSN chart here. I wanted to look at the chart from this perspective as I think it makes the price action easier to see.

Yesterday was a complete roller coaster with LTSN, but the good news is that the price was able to have bullish action from late morning until the closing bell.

As you can see above, the first 1.5 hours were very rough as there was clearly selling going on, but finally it seemed that the capitulation volume arrived. Hard to argue it wasn`t capitulation when the price bounces from $.76 all the way up to $.97 (which by the way represents a move of 27.6%!).

This initial bounce action is important for two reasons:

1) It shows that whatever was causing the downwards pressure is gone (hopefully they are now out of shares to sell) 2) It shows just how quickly this stock can move (moving from $.76 to $.97 in only a couple hours is pretty darn impressive) After this initial bounce, the chart entered into what most consider pretty boring (hard to argue with that) consolidation phase; HOWEVER, as any chartist or Google search will tell you, consolidation is apart of life in the charting world. No price can continually go straight up. Higher bases need to be made, and the latter portion of the day with LTSN was exactly that.

As the chart has shown the ability to move quickly, it`s now a matter of the question:

when does the chart “make a move” out of its current consolidation formation If I knew the answer to that, I`d be a kazillionaire, but the one thing I do know is that when a chart falls apart, then bounces massivly, and then goes into a tight consolidation range, it should be on your radar!! With a break to the downside, the good news is a key support isn`t very far off at $.89, so this level will be a great gauge in terms of how `severe` any downwards move is. If I had to bet my bottom dollar, I would bet we see an upwards break, however, we have to keep things real, a downwards break is possible. But like I said, it isn`t like a downwards break means a looooong way to go before another support. We have one sitting right there at $.89.

Now for the exciting: an upwards breakout! With a break through $.97 (top of the current consolidation channel), the next resistance is not until up at $1.05 (50-SMA).

Don`t fall into the trap of thinking, “bummer, that is `only` $.08 away”. Remember, we are dealing with a low price stock, so the percentages add up much quicker! With a break of the 50-MA, the next resistance is not until $1.14! Again, a very nice size move from $1.05. Because the chart is pretty new in terms of trading history, I would consider anything above $1.14 as a Blue Sky Breakout.

One step at a time though, let`s first see if the price can get up through the $.97 top of the channel! As always, don`t be greedy and honor your trading rules, so please keep that in mind! With both the attractive chart set-up AND the fact that this company is in a HUGE market, be sure to get LTSN on your radars and follow your trading rules! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
