Good Morning Traders, Hope everyone got off to a bullish start to the week. I wish the market would have closed up closer to its high of day, but hey, at least we still had a green day – right I know the opening bell isn`t too far off, so I`ll keep my normal commentary to a minimal and just cut to the chase! Doing my normal scans this morning brought up an interesting chart (and company) that I wanted to send out to you. The chart went on a wild ride yetersday, but as you will see, due to that action, has created an attractive set-up worthy of our attention.

Why bold the “nutritional products” like I did Let`s set the stage first, and then you can determine whether or not you think there is a market for these types of products. Thanks to USA Today, setting the stage is a piece of cake (pun intended) as they just released a big write-up about America and obesity.

If you`re in a rush and can`t read the whole article right now, a few interesting things from it:
* The percentage of obese men increased to 35.5% in 2010, up from 27.5% in 2000.
* About 16.9% of children & adolescents, ages 2 to 19, were obese in 2010, up 13.9% from 2000.
* About 35.8% of women were obese in 2010, not a significant change from 2000.
Some other statistics from the Journal of the American Medical Association:
* About 69% of adults in the USA are either overweight or obese; that`s up from 64.5% in 2000.
* About 42% of women over 60 were obese in 2010 vs. about 32% of women 20 to 39 I don`t know about you, but I found these statistics quite eye-opening! Now keeping all of the above in mind, let`s take a look at a list of some LTSN products.
LTSN offers livethesource, a line of dietary supplements that complement each other, including a daily liquid multi-vitamin mineral and herbal supplement and a liquid vitamin D; daily Multi-Vitamin, a vitamin supplement; Vitamin Booster D3, a nano-encapsulated Vitamin D3 supplement; and the Symbiotic Diet, a supplement, which promotes healthy and natural weight management.
Given their products, and the overall context of obesity in this country, I don`t believe its a far fetched conclusion at all to assume there is a large market for these products.

Let`s move on to the technical chart. For all you bounce players, this should be the favorite part of the email! First off, we are looking at the 30-minute LTSN chart here. I wanted to look at the chart from this perspective as I think it makes the price action easier to see.

Yesterday was a complete roller coaster with LTSN, but the good news is that the price was able to have bullish action from late morning until the closing bell.
As you can see above, the first 1.5 hours were very rough as there was clearly selling going on, but finally it seemed that the capitulation volume arrived. Hard to argue it wasn`t capitulation when the price bounces from $.76 all the way up to $.97 (which by the way represents a move of 27.6%!).
This initial bounce action is important for two reasons:
1) It shows that whatever was causing the downwards pressure is gone (hopefully they are now out of shares to sell) 2) It shows just how quickly this stock can move (moving from $.76 to $.97 in only a couple hours is pretty darn impressive) After this initial bounce, the chart entered into what most consider pretty boring (hard to argue with that) consolidation phase; HOWEVER, as any chartist or Google search will tell you, consolidation is apart of life in the charting world. No price can continually go straight up. Higher bases need to be made, and the latter portion of the day with LTSN was exactly that.
As the chart has shown the ability to move quickly, it`s now a matter of the question:
when does the chart “make a move” out of its current consolidation formation If I knew the answer to that, I`d be a kazillionaire, but the one thing I do know is that when a chart falls apart, then bounces massivly, and then goes into a tight consolidation range, it should be on your radar!! With a break to the downside, the good news is a key support isn`t very far off at $.89, so this level will be a great gauge in terms of how `severe` any downwards move is. If I had to bet my bottom dollar, I would bet we see an upwards break, however, we have to keep things real, a downwards break is possible. But like I said, it isn`t like a downwards break means a looooong way to go before another support. We have one sitting right there at $.89.
Now for the exciting: an upwards breakout! With a break through $.97 (top of the current consolidation channel), the next resistance is not until up at $1.05 (50-SMA).
Don`t fall into the trap of thinking, “bummer, that is `only` $.08 away”. Remember, we are dealing with a low price stock, so the percentages add up much quicker! With a break of the 50-MA, the next resistance is not until $1.14! Again, a very nice size move from $1.05. Because the chart is pretty new in terms of trading history, I would consider anything above $1.14 as a Blue Sky Breakout.
One step at a time though, let`s first see if the price can get up through the $.97 top of the channel! As always, don`t be greedy and honor your trading rules, so please keep that in mind! With both the attractive chart set-up AND the fact that this company is in a HUGE market, be sure to get LTSN on your radars and follow your trading rules! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Warrior Charts Week of January 16, 2011 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Good Morning, It was a very exciting week for us here at Bull Warrior. Not only did our Warrior Charts have a great week, but we got some nice economic action too. In particular, Oil took a beating late in the week and the US Dollar shot to new highs once again.
One thing that drives me nuts is how the market treats Iran like it is some super-power.
Yes, if they shut down the strait of Hormuz, oil will shoot up very very temporarily.
Think about it, every country and their brother with a military is going to “bring the rain” against Iran, and it`ll be shut down for what A couple days, a week Bottom line, don`t be fooled by all the media rumbling, use a bit of common sense.
This past week provided probably one of the charts we are most proud of, TSCO. It was an “expensive” stock, but wow did it rumble this week! It really goes to show that money can be made all over the place int he market. Whether it is a sub penny play, or a stock trading over $50. When you have that sort of range, you have a vasssssst amount of options to choose from.
Overall, the Warrior Charts provide all sorts of profit windows, and judging from the `thank you` emails we`ve been getting, it sounds like it was a prosperous week for many of our members! Win, Lose or Draw, here are the results of our Warrior Chart`s from last Saturday:
DNN – 10.3% – broke out of Symmetrical Triangle Pattern at $1.45 and moved as high as $1.60 TSCO- 16.3% – opened at $69.78 on Monday and then exploded as high as $81.13 MDMN – 21.4% – pulled back to our noted $.07 `Pullback Entry Level` & then bounced as high as $.085 RFMD – 6.4% – opened Monday at $4.50 and crept as high as $4.75! Morning Warriors, With it getting to `that time` of year, I hope your Christmas shopping is coming along! Nothing like running around at the last second to find that perfect gift.
I do not plan on doing any Warrior Charts for the following week, as I will be spending time with family, and on top of that, we are creeping into one of the very slow times in the market. So with that being said, I wanted to tell you this now:
MERRYCHRISTMAS I did not do any Warrior Charts last week, so for our review, we will go over the Warrior Charts from the week of 12/5. This will give us an idea of how Warrior Charts perform over a multi-week period for any of you who already are, or are interested in doing some longer term swing trading. As you will see, letting the winner`s ride can produce some very attractive `profit windows`.
Win, Lose or Draw, here are the results of our Warrior Chart`s from last Saturday:
JBLU – 25.8% – opened 2 Mondays ago at $4.49 and over two weeks hit a high of $5.65 RENN – loser – could never get off the ground. Didn`t collapse, but slowly/painfully drifted downwards FTK – 6.4% – hit the noted pullback entry of $9 this past week, then bounced as high as $9.58 GIL – 14.2% – opened 2 Mondays ago at $17.30 and went as high as $19.76 THQI – loser – nasty nasty chart. Warrior Charts Week of December 5, 2011 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Morning Warriors, WOW! What a week! Unless you lost your internet and TV service this week, I`m assuming you saw the markets absolutely roar back to life! It was a pretty crazy week, but definitely a “crazy good”.
Our Warrior Charts were all monsters this past week; however, let`s keep things real. With as good a week as the markets had, it was almost impossible to pick a loser. So as much as I`d like to pound my chest and say “look at me, I`m awesome!”, that would just be pretty misleading.
We did hit a grand slam with EEE though as it provided us a profit window of 90%! Guess what category it came from Volume Alert. This has got to be my favorite chart set-up! On top of the Warrior Charts, are special alert we made a couple weeks ago on STEV put in ANOTHER new high this past week. From where we alerted it at $.80, the stock has now gone as high as $.945 providing a profit window of 18.1% I can see this approaching week being one of consolidation with a bit of a pullback, but then again, as crazy as the market has been, it may just decide to roar up another 500 points! I will personally be taking more of a cautious strategy this week.

JAG – 4.3% – broke out of pattern at $6.97 and moved as high as $7.27 CIS- 17.9% – opened at $2.07 on Monday and then creeped up as high as $2.44 AIS – 5.4% – opened the week at $2.60 and then hit as high as $2.74 EEE – 92% – BOOOM! Opened Monday at $.26 and hit $.50 the next day! Good Morning Warriors, I hope everyone enjoyed your Thanksgiving and have been enjoying the long weekend.
For you bargain shoppers, are you all okay After reading about people getting into fights, gun shots, and pepper spray, it sounded like quite the adventure for anyone who took on the quest.
I recorded a new free video lesson entitled What is Level 2 so for those of you who aren`t quite sure what they are, or maybe you`ve heard all sorts of myths and legends about them, I`d highly recommend you check it out. As we have been posting on Twitter/Facebook (and first made note of on November 1st), if the Dow Jones closed back inside the previous channel it had broken out of, then `that` was the point where the nervousness should begin to increase.
Unfortunately, the price did, and now we`re already down almost 300 points already.
On the bright side of things, although we didn`t release any Warrior Charts last week, the one alert we did make, STEV, did very nicely for us in a short amount of time! The gain wasn`t gigantic; however, given the short amount of time, it was still a GAIN while most of the market was getting hammered.
After we alerted STEV, it opened up at $.80, and the next day it hit $.86 for a 7.5% gain! Not too bad for only having to hold one night. And the chart is holding up fine, so there may be more to come next week.
