GCLL is engaged in a joint venture with SenCer Inc. to develop, commercialize and market SenCer`s UltraTemp(TM) ceramic composite materials for Home and Transportation applications.

The hi-tech ceramics that can survive temperatures up to 1,800 degrees Celsius: hot enough to melt titanium, platinum and most kinds of steel.

GCLL has been working on developing this technology for a few years and it looks like they are close to bringing it to market.

While the company is still in developmental stages and very speculative in nature, what GCLL has developed could change many industries as we know it!!

That means GCLL can make spark plugs and furnace lighters that are tougher, cheaper, easier to manufacture and even smaller than the current standard, silicon nitride – and the smaller they are, the less fuel they burn.

Fuel cells! They`re now a $240 million global industry, and the gurus expect demand for these babies to surge 17% a year as the price of crude oil stays high.

Most fuel cell designs currently rely on expensive platinum – at $1,800 an ounce – as a catalyst, GCLL promises that it can make as many cells as the world needs, without wasting a single gram of platinum or its almost-as-expensive cousin, palladium!

GCLL two weeks announced it has commissioned the design and construction of a new high throughput roller hearth kiln from SenCer Inc. in preparation for its igniter volume scale-up. The roller hearth kiln will be made from UltraTemp-M composite rollers and will be fully automated.
