CCWF takes customer service to a new level

More on CCWF 3-19-2012 – Email Ad

Could CCWF be on the 3rd leg of a 5 wave chart pattern This is usually the
longest wave! Check the chart:
[1]http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.aspsymb=CCWF&insttyp
e=Stock&freq=1&show=&time=5

The first rally on CCWF last month resulted in a move from about $.02 to $.06
representing a gain of roughly 200%!! Will this ever happen again I don`t
know, but start researching CCWF immediately.

Back in the 90`s customer service was mostly face to face but those times have
changed. We now have a call center for almost every company. This represents a
tremendous market opportunity for CCWF and what they are involved with.

The infrastructure spent globally on call center runs into billions, with the
majority of the spending being on the human resource and the rest on
technology. Today more and more companies have replaced human operators with
Interactive Voice Response Sytems (IVR).

IVR solutions can help call centers reduce cost and improve customer
interaction.

This is the type of systems CCWF develops and deploys. CCWF`s solution is a
cost effective platform solution consisting of modules that provide the
flexibility, scalability and reliability to rapidly deploy mobile Interactive
Voice Response applications to streamline a call center.

These automatic machines will one day be responsible for all our communications
with large companies. They work by holding conversations with a caller through
presenting information available in the form of sound files and providing
options available on the consecutive menu levels.

According to research from Global Industry Analysts (GIA), the global market
for interactive voice response (IVR) systems is projected to reach $2.78
billion by 2017. The GIA has also concluded that growing opportunities from
developing markets, especially Asia-Pacific, augurs well for the market.

CCWF just recently signed a pilot project with an Indian Financial provider to
target over 2.5 million smart phone users!

A comment from the Indian Financial Company:

“We see the deployment of the EMPS+ Solution by our SI and Church & Crawford as
a key application that will enhance customer experience and utilize the IVR
port advantage to reduce the cost of providing services through our dedicated
customer agents. We expect to save millions of dollars (US) by using EMPS+ data
ports whilst also keeping up with the growing number of customers in our
network. The advertising engine and agent chat will bring additional revenue
streams to our company and put us in the lead of our competition. It`s a simple
and easy solution.”

EMPS+ instantly reduces costs in the areas of infra-structure, software and
agents. The three key overheads for any operation. It can reduce these costs by
up to 60% over a five year period, typically for a medium size contact center
that could translate up to $50M+ savings a year!

By leveraging on data networks and cleverly managing customers interactions
EMPS+ dramatically reduces the load on contact centres and the requirement for
voice enabled agents.

CCWF could possibly deliver millions of dollars in savings to companies around
the world!

CCWF has completed a technology licensing agreement with Orexis Solutions.
Orexis Solutions has developed technology that provides a new twist on computer
telephony Integration (CTI) software formobile phones, Mobile To Company
Integration (MTCI).

This solution will enable companies to provision and manage infinite number
of mobiles devices.

Check out this visual presentation for a better understanding:
[2]http://www.churchandcrawford.com/pdf/Orexis%20-%20Visual%20Demo.pdf

Mobile phones have an incredible global scope!

CCWF`s application is revolutionary in terms of it being the FIRST global
software company to be providing a call center experience for users on their
mobile and hand held devices. The CCWF mobile solution answers many of the
challenges today, by providing the first mobile application to integrate fully
into a call center infrastructure or providing a new call center platform for
service providers!

Weekend Alert 3-17-2012 – Email Ad

Some people do weekends, I don`t. I am working on a report and will be releasing it tomorrow night. Watch your inbox for my Big report Sunday.

I have noticed an alarming trend among some of these so called “Robin Hood” newsletters so I wanted to give you a friendly warning about them. Some claim to teach you about the markets by selling DVDs or to show you how to short penny stocks. Or the newsletters that try to dismiss every company as being bad. Most of these newsletters have hidden agendas to sell you other services or to open accounts with offshore brokers while they pocket a handsome commission.

Some even try to “Verify” their gains on sites that they OWN! This can easily be manipulated. I personally would not sign up to any 3rd party website run by people selling DVDs and give them access to my personal trading account, would you
