(TSX VENTURE:BCG)(PINKSHEETS:BCGOF) (or the “Company”) is pleased to announce final assay results and mining grades from the bulk sampling and on-site test milling component of the 2011 exploration program at the Company`s Engineer Mine property. BCGold Corp. has received assay results from the 148.4 kg of Sluice Concentrate and 5.1 kg of High-Grade Gold Stream Concentrate produced while test milling six composite bulk samples mined from remnant portions of the Engineer and Double Decker Veins, some of which was outside of the currently stated mineral resource. This material was previously categorized as waste material by conventional chip sampling and drilling.

Gold was recovered in up to three separate concentrates from the on-site gravity separation mill for each of the six bulk samples. Sluice Concentrate returned an average gold grade of 550.7 g/t Au (16.1 oz/ton), with one subset bulk sample grading 1,091.5 g/t Au (31.8 oz/ton). The High-Grade Gold Stream Concentrate collected from the gravity circuit`s finishing table returned a gold grade of 58,451.9 g/t Au (1,704.8 oz/ton or 5.8% Au). Incorporating the previously reported Table Concentrate results (see December 14, 2011 news release), test milling of 246.1 tonnes of bulk sample material in 2011 produced 969.2 dry kg of concentrate returning a weighted average grade of 2,193.1 g/t Au (64.0 oz/ton). An estimated 68.3 oz of gold is contained in the concentrate.

Additional highlights of the 2011 Engineer Mine bulk sampling and test milling program include:

The 246.1 tonne composite bulk sample returned an average mining grade of 16.9 g/t Au (0.5 oz/ton), Bulk sample 505-3B (68.9 tonnes) returned a mining grade of 44.6 g/t Au (1.3 oz/ton), Approximately 60% (147 tonnes) of the composited bulk sample was mined from outside the limits of the currently stated Inferred Mineral Resource, Bulk sampling results support the potential expansion of the Inferred Mineral Resource within the current underground workings, Bulk sample mining grades are on average 850% higher than channel sample estimates, Preliminary test milling averaged 51.3% gold recovery from the on-site gravity separation mill.

In addition to limited mine dewatering, geological mapping, sampling, and mine rehabilitation, the Company also intends to optimize the mill and continue to bulk sample and mill accessible high-grade gold mineralization. The Company is also planning an underground diamond drilling program targeting four previously untested veins as well as the Shear Zone `A` and Shear Zone `B` bulk tonnage exploration targets.

2011 Bulk Sampling and Test Milling Program The bulk sampling and test milling component of BCGold Corp.`s $1.1 million 2011 exploration and development program entailed mining 350 tonnes of composite bulk sample material from underground workings and an additional 50 tonnes from surface trenching. Approximately 246 tonnes of this material was processed on-site, using the gravity separation mill, and yielded 969.2 kg of gold-rich concentrate as three separate products. Assay results for 815.6 kg of Table Concentrate were previously announced (see December 14, 2011 news release) returning a weighted average grade of 2,140.1 g/t Au (62.4 oz/ton), with one subset bulk sample returning 6,485.8 g/t Au (189.2 oz/ton).

Table 1 reports assay results and estimated contained gold for bulk sample concentrates produced using the on-site gravity separation mill.

Star Gold Initiates Exploration Drilling at Longstreet Project, Nevada POST FALLS, Idaho, Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Star Gold Corp. (OTC Markets:

SRGZ) is pleased to announce commencement of drilling at its Longstreet property located 25 miles southeast of the Round Mountain mine in south-central Nevada. Initially, 12 infill and expansion holes will be drilled at Main, where an independent geologist`s report prepared by Paul D. Noland, PG identified a mineralized material estimate of 3,500,000 short tons at an average grade of 0.053 oz/ton gold equivalent. “Mineralized material” as used in this press release, although permissible under the SEC`s Industry Guide 7, does not indicate “reserves” by SEC standards. Drilling will be completed using a Reverse Circulation (RC) rig drilling angle holes across the steeply dipping vein sets. Mapping and geochemical sampling at North indicates a target very similar to Main which Star has not yet drill tested. A helicopter assisted drilling program to test the Cyprus Ridge target is planned for the summer of 2012.

Cyprus Ridge is a Midas style high grade gold vein target. Drilling will test for a “boiling zone” at depth. Surface mapping and geochemical sampling at Cyprus show vein widths up to 15 feet thick and gold values up to 0.33 oz/ton but average values are less than 0.03 oz/ton gold. Breaking News MNV(TSX.V)/ MXVDF.10c Mexivada came out with News yesterday regarding their Canadian properties and the stock looks potentially poised to break to the upside October 25, 2011 09:30 ET Mexivada Expands Clorinda Zone of Mineralization at Timmins and Acquires 2 Properties Near Ross Mine, Hislop-Matheson, Ontario VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – Oct. 25, 2011) – Mexivada Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MNV)(OTCBB:MXVDF)(FRANKFURT:M2Q) is pleased to report that it has expanded its new Clorinda zone of quartz-ankerite-pyrite veining mineralization on its Golden Porcupine property, just south of the Dome-Aunor-Delnite mines complex of Goldcorp at Timmins, Ontario. New stripping has exposed major zones of quartz veining, presently known to be up to plus 120 metres in length and up to 15 metres width, potentially of open pit size, as shown on photographs on Mexivada`s home page and Golden Porcupine webpage at www.mexivada.com. Metallic mineralization is found in outcrop, including fine-grained pyrite in massive to banded vein quartz. The lateral extent of this system of veining is interpreted to be at least 700 metres in strike length, where it appears to have been intersected in Mexivada`s Rypan drillhole GP11-6, and may be over 1.1 kilometres in length. Mexivada cautions that gold fire assays are necessary to validate this as a gold discovery; sawn channel samples are being systematically taken and delivered to ISO 9001-certified labs in Timmins for assay. This appears to be the largest quartz vein system discovery made at Timmins, south of the main Destor-Porcupine Fault, in the last 75 years. This target will be drilled upon completion of this channel sampling program, in October. Core is being sawed and bagged at Mexivada`s new, large, office and work/storage facility in South Porcupine, Ontario. The work effort is being supervised by A. David Heyl, C.P.G., Mexivada`s Vice-President of Exploration.

Hislop Property Acquisitions, Matheson, Ontario: Mexivada also is conducting work and has acquired properties in the “booming” Matheson area in Hislop Township, and here reports the acquisition to date of an 8-unit claim group 4251933 from 2205730 Ontario, Inc. and a 4-unit claim group 4255022 from Pierre C. Robert. These claims are located near the +1,000,000 ounce Ross gold mine, the Black Fox Mine, Gibson deposit, Contact and 147 Zones of Brigus Gold, the Hislop Mine of St. Andrew Goldfields, the Creek Zone of Stroud Resources, and the Gold Pike Mine of Victory Gold Mines.

St. Andrew Goldfields recently completed at least 11 drillholes in a tight pattern near the Mexivada-Robert claims, as little as 175 metres from the Mexivada claims boundary, finding gold-mineralized hematitic-pyritic metavolcanic rocks, as assayed by Mexivada from drill core pieces left on the ground, and possibly a new drill-indicated gold deposit. If this turns into an open pit gold mine, St Andrew will need the Mexivada property for an open pit layback, in the worst case, of an ore zone not being found by Mexivada on 425022.

A gold mineralized occurrence is shown on Ontario map 2676 as present on Mexivada`s 4251933 claim group, which will be mapped and sampled in October by Mexivada. A magnetometer-very-low-frequency (“VLF”) survey has just been completed for Mexivada on the two properties by Katrine Exploration of Kirkland Lake, who monitors Mexivada`s land positions in Ontario. VLF is used to find water-filled fault zones, which may host and carry gold mineralization.

Mexivada is searching for additional northerly-trending fault zones for mineralization similar to Brigus Gold`s 147 and Contact Zones, such as on the Mexivada-Robert claims, where magnetic survey results already point to such a target being.

A second drill rig has been contracted, for +2000 metres of work in 2011 in this Hislop area from Laframboise Drilling, beginning in approximately 2 weeks end of October. Mexivada is using flow-through cash funds in Mexivada`s treasury to fund a plus 5,000 metre drilling program in Ontario in 2011.

Mexivada is acquiring additional highly prospective gold properties in the Hislop mining area, which will be further reported upon and drilled shortly.

(:AWSR), a domestic compliant coal producer with mining operations in Central Utah, today announced that it has converted a total of 11,266,923 dollars of debt and accrued interest into 11,266,923 shares of its common stock at $1.00 per share. In addition, the Company further reported that it has completed a private placement of 2,000,000 common shares priced at $1 per share, raising $2 milln in gross proceeds from accredited and institutional investors. America West intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase new and refurbished mining equipment in support of its expansion initiative underway at its Horizon coal mining operation in Utah, and for general working capital requirements.

John Thomas Financial, an independent broker/dealer and investment banking firm in New York City`s financial district, acted as lead agents for the Offering and managed approximately $4.97 milln of the debt to equity conversion.
