Casey`s General to acquire On The Way Locations Co announces that the Company has entered into an Agreement to purchase up to 19 convenience stores in Illinois owned by Harper Oil Co., Inc.

Exchange National Bank has approximately $146 mln in total assets, $57 mln in loans, $109 mln in deposits, and $13 mln in equity capital. The bank will operate under its present name until it is merged into BancFirst, which is expected to be during the second quarter of 2011.
