AEDC Sell-Off Creates Buying Opportunity – Get Ready For More News From This Company!

FIRST OIL WELL ALREADY PRODUCING:
Unlike other companies that have bought up a lot of oil acreage, [10]AEDC is actually producing oil – Their first oil delivery was completed in April from its Michigan Dansville Prospect – For the month of April, 898 barrels of crude oil have already been sold at a premium to WTI spot prices (currently $103)……and it is planned that a further load of 300 barrels of crude will be sold imminently.
Other reefs in the county, such as the Aurelius and Onondaga 10, contain over 7.5 million and 18 million barrels of oil in place respectively.
Historical records of the Niagaran reef production in Michigan confirm more than 4,200 wells have been drilled targeting reef formations, producing a total of 472 million barrels of oil and 2.8 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.
Herold Ribsskog, CEO of AED quoted, “The fact the well is producing without water is a very positive sign. It has been a steady producer for AED providing us with a significant stream of revenue, which we believe is impressive for AED as a young company. Our long term target is for the Dansville prospect to produce a total of 12,000 barrels per month, which will provide us with substantial cashflow and deliver value to our shareholders.” Continue reading [11]here.
SECOND OIL WELL BEING DUG RIGHT NOW AS WE WRITE:
In late April, [12]AEDC brought in a huge rig to begin drilling on a second well in the Michigan Dansbury Prospect. This new potential oil well known as Cremer 1-1 began drilling on April 25th.
As of 3 days ago, the rig had reached a depth of 3159 feet, and the company had anticipated a final drilling depth of 4500 feet to be reached late yesterday, May 6th…
…..so we are just waiting on that imminent news and what they have found in this second oil well! With their first oil well already in full operating production, and producing revenue and the strong sentiment expressed about the potential for this second well, it could be any day now that the CEO releases the results from the drilling from the second well.
“Joel Felix, CFO, and I have been here with the operator on the well site in Michigan. Drilling is progressing at a steady pace and the target structure should be reached over the weekend.
With gas typically sitting above an oil reservoir, we feel the multiple gas shows in 4 of the higher zones bode well for results, when the target structure is reached.
